This course focuses on developing EFL students' academic writing skills. The main goal of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills that meet the standards of the academic journals in the filed of language education,  TESOL, Applied Linguistics, and other relevant publication venues.

In this course, students will learn the formats and contents of a scientific article, linking ideas among components (title, abstract, introduction, body, and conclusion) in the article, and in-text citations and references based on APA 7th Style. At the end of this course, students are able to demonstrate writing articles based on agreed topics of interest.
